Detailed design & development – We will carry out a feasibility study, followed by architectural drawings, structural calculations, and planning development.

Contract stage – We will define all contract terms & assign our various team members across key project roles.

Building Preparation and commencement – Once a health and safety audit has been completed, building control have been appointed and all necessarily party wall agreements have been approved works commence.
