ESMOND ROAD

Originally configured as three flats, the brief was to convert the property from flats back into a single house dwelling situated within the Bedford Gardens Conservation Area in Chiswick, W4 .

The intention behind this project was to create a trio of living spaces to the ground with a continuous flow from the front to the rear of the house. The first floor is to feature a stunning master bedroom which leads onto a walk in wardrobe and then onto a marble bathroom.

The front facade has been completely redesigned with an arch shaped gable to the front of the house in keeping with designs within the conservation area.

​

The full internal renovation includes expanding the hallway and creating a brand new staircase spiralling from the very top landing to the marble hallway.
